The Johnny’s Kitchen story begins with owner and Chef Johnson Mogaparthi, where he has grown up helping his mother in the kitchen from childhood by chopping & washing vegetables, blending the aromatic spices in stone blenders, it has later become part of his signature style. A big part of Johnny’s dream to open his own restaurant was to utilise the wonderful local produce and also to provide a more environmentally sustainable dining experience and wine experience.
